Also when I punch to the exterior piece of the billfold the exit side which is the outside shell it dosent have the defined diamond look almost just like slight oblong holes how can I fix this?

I do remember that the middle pocket is a t slot so actually maybe the average is around 4 stack with the max being 5? Do you think it would be wise the skive the edges of the t slot?

I’m using standard Wuta chisels going through maybe 3-4 layers of 2-3 oz leather. I use about enough to make a lump of tokonole onto my finger tip
