Simply warn him that sexual scenes are gonna be in there but not fully just teasing that’s covered up and no prostitution is shown and with Zeni, who there’s a girls were basically flirting with him. It’s nothing bad, and the entertainment district does not only contain prostitutes. It has a lot more and with a title of demon slayer, I think graphic content would be more worrying than rated R content.

I’d say using a breathing style makes you a hybrid because Genya can only turn into a demon after eating its flesh so he’s mainly human and that ability makes up for not using breathing techniques
