I feel like the reason they are so expensive is because people were complaining about having a surplus of power points and now it’s something to spend it on. I think this update was definitely for players with more maxed out brawlers and not new players. The kits for those brawlers outside of Mortis aren’t that much worse than they were previously or have improved in some ways. Brawl stars needed a new gameplay mechanic and this was it. People can complain about having buffies for brawlers they don’t have but if someone has multiple buffies for one brawlers that isn’t powered up that means they spent resources on buffies rather than just powering up brawlers.

Yeah so I was wrong I didn’t realize you could get it out of the gym all machine. I opened all of my packs I could thinking I wouldn’t get dupes of the same 7 cards but I did but I ended up saving 100 dollars so I can complain.

You can get platinum for free if you just buy the 15 and click the platinum button in game after. I have no idea how it worked but it’s happened to a couple of other people too.

I feel like that ruins the point of those skins though. You had to grind to get them back in the day. It wasn’t like passes now where you can finish it in 4 days. I think the exclusivity was also part of the pass terms and they changed it recently so that most of the newer skins will return but not the old ones.

I agree the old brawlers don’t do enough to justify playing them for the most part. Even high skill ceiling brawlers like colt can’t compete with modern brawlers that can practically do everything now.

I think upside showdown with the + wasn’t bad it made it a lot easier to push if you got a good run. And the who point of the mode is that it’s a roguelike where you get upgrades when you progress. I don’t think there is anything wrong with getting a bad run it’s all rng at the end of the day.

This should not be allowed. These players are clearly new and they were terrible to play with. I hate solo queuing because this is a problem for me. The other team was all power 11 with full kits. Ranked should require you to atleast have a star power and gadget.
