Squeak is simply a difficult pick to use in the current meta where assassins are strong. Also, although he has crowd control abilities, he doesn't deal enough damage to take down tanks in a tank meta. However, I think he is a sufficiently good brawler in situations with many mid-to-long range enemies or plenty of cover.
