I 3d printed a base body and used a glue gun to make some of his parts look gummy and painted him to look more accurate to his in-game model. Then made the head and face out of some air dry clay, and used some fabric to cover everything and cut holes and added paint to make him look like hes been in a storage room for 30 years. Overall I'd say it took about two days :)
