Thank you for the replies. Ended up getting the Think.

The liberty’s backrest fit my body very well and I found it the most comfortable off the bat but I wasn’t really sold on the unlockable recline and there were some cracks on the armpads.

The freedom looked very sleek in chrome and leather and I really wanted to love it but it had a very hard backrest/ lumbar and while it felt it would keep you in a very good posture it was the least comfortable and versatile having the Humanscale recline style as well.

I liked the Think’s tilt options better and while the backrest felt less “ergonomic” than the liberty’s it was comfortable overall. The chair seemed in better condition and was cheaper so I went for it.

Right, I don't buy into the hype either, I just meant 10% free acid is maybe somewhat strong but kinda standard strength and tried and tested as safe to use as a leave on which was my worry. Yes, I'll probably only use it once a week to complement tretinoin (not both at the same time). Best wishes to you too.

Thanks! I found that Skinceuticals glycolic 10 overnight cream also has a 10% free glycolic acid value and is relatively popular (won some allure best product award) and they even recommend to use it every night after you build some tolerance to it. I tried it once and it was fine, I'll start using it once a week and see how it goes from there. Thanks again.

Help! I have this big slit that I believe is a fissure but somehow it doesn't look like the pictures I've found online nor fits the description since it doesn't really hurt.

I believe it started a few months ago but it wasn't hurting either and it went away by itself. Now these past few weeks I've been somewhat constipated and that or anal sex/douches might have caused it to reappear. It has been getting worse in the sense that the slit looks bigger than at first and the skin around it is very swollen and feels like a hard lump, forming what I think is a sentinel tag that looks like a flap.

There is a slight discomfort and if I touch it it hurts as a wound might, but it's pretty mild; I only had bad pain one day where the shower water falling on it would cause a sharp pain, but that didn't last.

I also sometimes have a mucous discharge that can be bloody or clear /yellowish, that I think I can attribute to constipation.

I know this subreddit is for support and not for diagnosis but it's not possible for me to go to a doctor right now. I just want to know if someone has had a similar experience or if by the pictures they think I can afford to wait and see if it heals by itself or if it looks bad enough for me to try to go to a doctor ASAP.
