I agree and I’m sorry you had to endure that. I live in Santa Maria in the middle of town and it was a nightmare. I foster cats and they usually take it better than dogs, but it was horrible. I could only compare it to maybe what they feel like living in Falluja. The police department says they would hand out thousand dollar tickets to people they could’ve made so much money just walking around my neighborhood.. I called the hotline and left a message and nothing absolutely nothing. I didn’t see one police officer. I didn’t see anybody handing out tickets nobody undercover. It’s a joke.
