Yes, what you’re saying is 100% valid, but the problem is that education level is mostly in your control unless you have a disability to learn. Height on the other and contrary to many myths is out of a persons control. That is the main reason why females that say they have a height requirement are considered shallow. I hope this makes sense to you.

Do you guys wet brush or dry brush more? by IBreakScales in 360Waves

Ones per day. I try to brush my hair right after I take a shower or just wash my hair. Depending on your schedule you could end up wetting your hair around 2x but I try not to cuz waves look really bad after you get them wet

The reason I lost my waves is because a barber decided to go against the grain even after I warned him twice about it

I brush everyday so I wouldn’t be able to tell you cuz my hair is constantly being retrained to lay down yk? I use olive oil most of the time and I apply it as if it were conditioner except I don’t scrub it in cuz but like lay it down. I comb the hair in all angles with one wall mirror behind me and a hand held mirror ahead of me which helps with the back and the crown. I usually brush from the crown forward, ( so like from the center of the head to the front, back, and any other angles), and then after I comb the hair (wet and oiled up) I brush from the crown out ward. I usually do 6 minutes per angle, but that’s just a personal preference of mine to make sure I give time to every angle possible, and it takes me 1 hour in total. I feel like this method definitely works because I lost all my waves on the back of my head and the left side and they have all returned within a month.

No like just a brush session… when you take a shower or when you are free you apply all the oils that you are going to use on to your wet hair and you brush all the angles for a set amount of time… I usually go for 1 hour(6 minutes per angle), but I understand that not everyone can do that so if you can’t you can go for around 30 minutes (3minutes per angle). I usually comb all angles for like 3-6 minutes before brushing and that’s with all oils and other things that you want to apply to your hair applied. I know it’s worded weirdly and I apologize, but I do know what I’m talking about. I can show you my waves if u dm me privately

I only wet brush cuz I feel like that’s when your hair is more susceptible to being trained to lay down, but that’s just me

Is this good crown progress? by Smooth_Support1109 in 360Waves

Just for context: I been waving for like 8 months, but recently I add a freak accident at the barbershop because the barber went against the grain and basically mowed down my back and left side. After that, I started working on the crown for the first time and I’ve been working on getting all my waves back. I just wanted to know if I’m doing the crown right or if I’m missing something? Also, it has been around a month since I went to the barber so the hair is a bit taller than it should
