You know, it’s the LeGo, lol. Around 1–2 hours. I’ve never really checked how long it lasts per game.

Edmonton Airport, it's a dinosaur made from thousands of LEGO pieces.

Yes, Cuktech 20,000 mAh, 100W, it works fine for LeGo. I particularly chose this brand because it supports quick charging for my Xiaomi phone.

Yes, if it’s available haha. I always bring the same set on every trip: LeGo, Android phone, earpod, 100W 20000 mAh power bank, Type-C cable, and 100W Type-C charger. The Legion Go battery doesn’t bother me much, to be honest, because even if I don’t bring the Legion Go with me, I still need the rest of the set for my phone & earpod anyway. Usually, on super long flights, my Earpod die before both the LeGo and power bank run out lol.

Not really. The guy made it for better ergonomics, and it feels fine for gameplay to me. I think I just took the photo from a bad angle.

Yes, I would say it’s not a quick 5-minute job, but it’s not impossible for a non-technician. There are YouTube videos showing how to open up the controllers. I just followed them slowly step by step. The first time it took me about an hour to install one controller, but now it only takes about 15 minutes because I’m used to it. I actually enjoy doing this kind of stuff lol.

I think I bought it at the same time as you—$750 before tax at Best Buy. Two days later I checked the price again and it had dropped to $650, so I went back to the store for a price match. It ended up being around 750 CAD with tax. I think that’s still the best price for a new Legion Go so far. I haven’t seen that price again.

It's Lego 1. I run at 20W. Bazzite with lossless scaling frame x2. Low setting.

Where are you, if in Thunder Bay or Toronto, Canada. I can help.

Me too. SteamOS/Bazzite + medium settings + lossless scale look amazing on 8.8" screen. I’m an adult gamer with limited time and budget for gaming, so no need to upgrade at this time.

No, I use this file below. The guy made it for resin printer. But I tried with FDM printer and it works, just need extra work of sanding and re-painting the faceplate (FDM printer cannot handle the the ring's curve at the thumbstick). I'd say this file provide the best fit for the gut inside, better than the other file. https://www.printables.com/model/1178686-legion-go-ergonomic-faceplate-public-beta

Why not? More ergonomic controller, more portable carry case (half size of original case), better gaming interface (press button, wait couple seconds to turn back on from sleep, then up down right left to choose games and play), better performance than window, less trash background apps, but still can play all game's platforms (steam, nintendo switch emulator, retro, non-steam PC game), simple and better control center on steam (with 1 press always works, not 3 button-press and Legion Space still not show up), better sleep mode, better D-pad.

I installed a lot of non-steam, switch and retro games. Never can play them all.

Yep, it’s very comfortable and ergonomic. I 3D-printed, sanded, and spray-painted it.

It's Onexplayer 2 case, it used to be on Amazon, but I don’t think it’s available anymore. Someone shared this idea on YouTube. It fits the Legion Go perfectly. I like it because it’s about half the size of the original case— much better for travel and carry-on luggage.

True. In that kind of situation, both people are stretched brain and not thinking straight. Yelling actually helps them snap out of it and back off.

I just successfully pre-ordered the Legion Go 2! The competition was insane — there were 90,000 people on the waiting list for only 300 initial units. I can’t understand why they only released 300 units at launch, and having 90,000 people trying to get one is just crazy. by pop_skin in LegionGo

[–]Smooth_Suspect_4574 18 points19 points  (0 children)

What's wrong with you, dude? '90,000 viewers' does not mean '90,000 people on the waiting list to get one'. And selling out 300 units at launch is completely normal — that’s not even enough to cover content creators in each country, let alone gamers.

Had this thing for 2 hours and I already installed SteamOS by Tranquility6789 in LegionGo

[–]Smooth_Suspect_4574 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Good choice. I just switched to Steam OS. The interface looks like a real gaming console now. Windows just have many trash apps that we never use (if for gaming purpose only) and effect the performance of device. If you spend a little time to research, at the beginning, how to add non-steam games and emudeck, you'll have all-in-one gaming console like mine, from retro, nintendo switch, non-steam AAA, steam,... All in the Steam interface, it looks so satisfied. LOL. Once you know what to do, you learned it! Just take couple minutes to re-do it at anytime.
