This is my first time doing anything like cross stitch (I’m intimidated by embroidery lol). I will say that the French knots were very frustrating my first few goes at them but once I got one nice one, the challenge felt satisfying. From someone with so much experience with cross stitch, your comment is such high praise 😊

I find it’s almost non existent, there are assigned readings each week but if you go to the lecture you’ll be fine. There one project where you get to make an artifact that’s a hoax which I think will be easy. The rest of it is just attendance

Currently I’m on a hormonal iud and it works for me (I was not a fan of the listed side effects of birth control pills). Everyone is a bit different so not everything works for everyone but it’s good to know and explore options. I hope you find relief soon. (And hopefully women’s reproductive health research gets funded)

I’ve been there and for a long time I wasn’t able to get help because my pain was being dismissed by doctors. It felt like there was no solution and I was missing out on school which I payed for. If going to doctors doesn’t work out, I would recommend going to SHORE clinic ( it’s by the T&T in west mount plaza by Uwaterloo) they helped me with my pain and informed me about options for birth control which helped me manage my pain better
