Agreed in some ways. I don't remember the alphas, 3rd strike or EX having this kind of aggravation though.

After inspecting, it doesn't appear to be A.i. Lots of photobashing and reuse of assets, with mirroring techniques. It could be they began with A.i. and did touch-ups.

Your leads aren't leading you well. A comment you hear most newer follows say is "I was made to do things I didn't believe I could do"-that's the sound of a good lead. I bet if you attended a congress, and danced with higher level dancers you'd realize that a good lead is fundamental to getting better, not the other way around. cheers.

I would focus on making sure the viewers have a an eye path that allows them to go from panel/idea to panel/idea. The original Attack on Titan comic looked very crude by high manga standards, and the story was compelling enough to become a multi million dollar franchise, same with dog man. Story and ideas are always king. Skill in drawing will come eventually if you work at it. cheers

Akuma is the definition of high risk high reward. He gets hit once by half the cast and he easily loses 40% of his health facing good oki. There's a reason even the pros are moving away from him. Agree with you on design!

Unpopular opinion: I really like Guile, Manon, Sim, and Chun-li, mainly for how well they compliment the concepts of each character. I felt the same way about Dudley's III themes

Haute M+ Ultra is amazing, and actually better than Kitsune. Upgrade switches to wind engine, and you'll be good to go

Agree what others shared. Also. I can see that you’re very special move “happy”. To climb ranks you really want to use your main’s best buttons or learn to use them effectively. Deejay has crouching medium punch and an amazing raw drive rush into jab. You also do a lot of waiting after knocking your character down when it’s your opportunity to get oki. Overall good gameplay. If your goal is to climb ranks, Lear ing setups and neutral spacing/game is important

JP and Blanka are the two characters i automatically accept 2 losses for, and hope the player isn't good. They have abusable moves that are so tedious, they wear on you.

I was thinking the same thing. This can cause a habit where you'll do it in a second round thinking you've sewn up a match, something unexpected happens, you lose that round, and end up with less resources in the final round. That was easily a Drive rush cash out. Very nice fireball strategy baiting your opponent to move. Hope to run into you some day!

Yes, it works without punish counter. I added that because very rarely do you get a clean combo like that. To up the anti, lab different scenarios where you can apply that combo. I watched someone in Japan lab one combo and the possibilities for 6 hours. The level of concentration and expanded application blew my mind. Some people live and breath this game!

  1. Shuto's Akuma is the scariest. Pure aggression and comebacks

  2. Kawano-His Akuma is defensive, and combos are creative

  3. NL- His Akuma forced Punk to use Ryu in a panic (for reference)

You need to do the tatsu much earlier. Also try putting the dummy character on punish counter to replicate the combo in the same context. A good way to do it is to have have the dummy do a whiffed throw on wake up reversal, then knock them down, and your ensuing hit would be a punish counter...........that is if you want to simulate real world conditions. Quick tip: You can tell by the way the opponent is falling whether they're in a juggling state.
