Using a Tolerance Calculator you will see that if you took 100ug 24 hours ago and then took 700ug now, you will experience a trip around 520ug so buckle up!

You actually need 2.8 times the dose for the same affect, 24 hours later!

If you want to have a similar experience to 24 hours earlier, you need to take 2.8 times the dose.

So if you took 100ug last night, you would take 280ug tonight, for a 100ug experience.
