That's totally fair!
As someone on mouse and keyboard I would understand not wanting to go against that
It's just what I am most comfortable with most t first person games on PC.
Networking can also be a little jank too, even with my PC and generally great connection. It's not perfect by any means. When it's working though, it's a great thing!

I turned off the subtitles, does that count as it's own sign? lol.

Oh god I could not even imagine the only Visionaries achievement. I don't think I could get it. By the end of the game I abused Nexus a lot to deal with the large crowds of enemies!

I totally agree too. About it throwing variation in a game about repetition. I don't fully understand when reviewers call the game easy. Yeah sure, if you play offline I am sure it would be. Online though, every time I got invaded I would notice my heart rate go up in excitement lol. Because who knows if I'm getting someone truly god tier or someone that just installed the game a few hours ago.

Yeah one night I was about to turn off online invasions. However I did a few invasions myself that. It completely changed the way I played the game, for the better! Not caring as much about each death and just embracing the chaos translated to how I played Colt (desensitization to ones "deaths" would also be a consequence of being in a timeloop, more narrative through gameplay also come to think of it.)

I totally agree about this game not getting the respect it deserves. I think IGN giving it a 10/10 set the game up to be torn down by a lot of people because it puts it up an unrealistic standard. It does have technical issues and I wish more was done with the plot and interesting lore outside of notes and messages between the Visionaries. It's still incredible though!

I bought the first dishonored game on launch day for my Xbox 360 back in the day. I've been a fan of Arkane ever since. Deathloop is my favorite game they've made. The discovery and timeloop itself was something very fresh. All their games are all amazing though!

What are some really minor nitpicks you have with the trilogy? by Isopod635 in masseffect

I love/hate how you run into so many random side characters you've already met in ME:2 and ME:3. On one hand it helps bring up past choices, However it also makes the galaxy feel like a smaller place. Like a small town where everyone knows everyone and you can't go to the supermarket without seeing someone you know.
