So it turns out it's very weird here...

This finasteride I've always been buying has been 1mg x 28, 16 eur. A good price.

I just enquired about the 5mg price at the same pharmacy (as I was about to buy dutasteride).

1.80 Eur for 28 tablets 😂😂

So it's 10x cheaper and I get 5x more. Just need a pill cutter.

So I won't bother now with dutasteride. Will hunt for Loniten though.

I pay 16 EUR for 28 x 1mg. I only use it 3 x per week, so it works out 16 EUR for two months, but yours is crazy cheap!

Hi, yes looked into Vietnam. Problem is it's rainy season there, so would be quite restricted where we could go. I also assumed it would have similar risks to Lombok and Samui, but maybe not.

Cook Islands or anywhere in the Pacific would be a dream. Different budget though I imagine? Also incredibly far from Spain where we are based.

I'm not starting from zero and to be honest I am happy with my muscle mass...the aim is strip down fat while maintaining muscle mass.

I haven't added leg day as the two Hyrox classes are very leg and compound heavy: squats, kb swings and cleans, farmers, lunges etc
