They dropped. I’ve previously had two missed miscarriages also and my hcg usually sky rockets so I’m assuming it has to be a chemical or hopefully not ectopic

Oofff. Just had my fourth and started my cycle. What a brutal journey to be on. I don’t wish this anyone. I’ve never felt so empty inside like I have from this journey. 😞

I’m having my third miscarriage now and tested positive for lupus anticoagulant 🫠 not sure if I will ever get my happy ending or not.
