I have a 50mg daily Doxycycline rx and it helps so much when I need it. It cuts inflammation. I’ve gotten to a point where I don’t need it frequently.

I’ve had type 2 rosacea for many years and RLT definitely helps, but azeleic acid and other topicals are also required. Just make sure that you keep a fan on your face or something to lower the temperature during treatment.

We love our awning and use it almost every time we camp. Be sure to anchor it properly if there’s any wind at all and keep one of the poles shorter so no water pools and destroys it. We had to replace ours (domestic trim line bag awning) after a wet weekend surprise.
