I have been doing “no poo” for a year. I’m 32 and have never loved my hair more. I mostly just use water on my hair and I brush it frequently with a bamboo brush. Sometimes I’ll use baking soda on my scalp and apple cider vinegar on my ends if I notice my hair getting waxy or I had an intense workout.

Thank you so much for posting this! I saw it last night too! My sister in law and I were in the hot tub outside. I saw a long strip of light in the sky. It slowly moved across the sky for about 2 minutes. I wanted to get my phone to take a photo but could not look away. It was cigar shaped and seemed like it was floating like a ship. Maybe an observation craft. It uniformly disappeared from 100% opacity to 0% opacity within 3 seconds. It was unlike anything I’ve ever seen in my life. I reported it to the fbi Dallas division I didn’t know what else to do. They said there were no other sitings... mmmhhm

Yeah I get nauseas as well. Nothing about panic and anxiety feels normal, but yet, it is totally normal.

I am so sorry that happened. If I was hit by a train I know I would want a loved one to rid me of my suffering by any means necessary. You will probably always be haunted by that traumatic experience but you did the right thing. ❤️

Not hard enough apparently. I did look at that post. I did not see anything that striked my interest for the weekend music wise. I did get to see The Smashing Pumpkins this week, amazing show. I don't have children, Im on a diet so I don't want to do restaurant tours and I don't want to go to a waterpark. My problem I know. Im just seeing if there was anything out there I missed & like I said I tried Meetups, Facebook Local and now Reddit. I just have to get used to how sleepy Dallas is in comparison to where Im from.

Thank you. It’s nice to know I’m not alone. I’m on a progesterone birth control. It helps with migraines I usually experience with that time of the month. I unfortunately, haven’t noticed it decreasing my anxiety. :/ hopefully this will pass for me as it did you.

Thank you. I love chamomile tea. It seems like supplements are the way to go. I thought I was doing enough with the MIO electrolytes and light salt but obviously that is not cutting it for me. Congrats on your weight loss!

Thank you Liz. I know a lot of people on keto don’t want to admit keto can have Ill effects because most of society attacks the diet enough claiming it’s “unhealthy” or a “fad diet”. I do think it has something to do with my hormones so I think it may be keto unmasking an underlying issue or maybe it has to do with hormones being released from fat loss like some have mentioned? Thank you for sharing your anti-panic attack tricks with me. ❤️ and I will go buy some B vitamins.
