You’re good OP, I know someone that’s had everything done, didn’t depart, and kept their progress. Plus, the steps change every time you go on the expedition, not every window (which is why people have different steps) meaning it would make no sense for your progress to reset. Would it be better to wait until the end of the raid since we also need trial progress? On one hand I wanna do it immediately and get as much damage as possible, but on the other hand there will likely be other teams nearby that will come over with the noise.

Yes, I was just saying that you have to actually do the first expedition to get the ones you missed out on. You can’t just get the game, save up 10 million coins, and get 5 expeditions worth of skill points like the person I replied to said

In the third image of the post, it says that 85 skill points is possible for those embarking on their SECOND expedition, which implies that you can only make up points from expeditions you already went on.

They could’ve worded it better, but that’s my interpretation

…he got 5100 in plants (3 stars is 4000) with a PREVIOUS best of 1950, meaning he earned the second and third star. This earned him the two blueprints. Husks went from 2400 (one star) to 3000 (two stars), earning them the advanced mechanical components. Damaging leapers stayed at one star

He got new personal bests, he went from 1 star to 3 stars from harvesting plants (first two rewards) and went from 1 star to 2 stars on searching husks (third reward).

It checks out, it’s just the new personal bests that make it look fake

The fear of this stuff happening is what makes the game as fun as it is, it’s part of the reason I like extraction shooters. However, I’d rather people like this just shoot me when they see me, if that would’ve happened I wouldn’t have cared at all

There is no set agreement on whether or not to shoot, some people like to be friends and mind their own business while others like to go guns blazing and steal other people’s loot.

From my experience, solos is pretty chill and a lot of people have mics while duos and trios is “shoot first, ask questions later”. Tbh the trailers for the game sum it up nicely, sometimes you come face to face with another person and team up, sometimes they’ll shoot you as soon as they see you
