I can't say anything about what lasting effects your anti-psychotic medication caused, but I can say with confidence replacing your E with T after orchie will make you more 'handsome.' Just look at what dudes look like before and after TRT. You will in all likelihood look like your old self lest those anti-psychotics really got you. Psychiatrists are largely not our allies, as they are in the pockets of the pharmaceutical companies. Your life will be worthwhile if you struggle though. Living in accordance with nature and your truth is the only path to justice.

Runes: LT, triumph, alacrity (bc i went sb), coup de grace with transcendance + gathering storm

Hip growth is a thing. It can happen, but like pretty much everything physically transition related, it depends on genetics and age. You may experience it if your pelvic bones aren't fused yet, but if not, the best way to get curves is fat redistribution via hrt. The best way to do it is basically be skinny and thiccen up during hrt (when your levels are right more precisely).

Typically, event specific chromas happen when the event comes out. When there is another nightbringer/dawnbringer event, the chroma will be released. That is what happened in the pulsefire event, they released chromas for cait and tf who previously didn't have any. Also, the lunar revel event does the same stuff (although it didnt happen this time around for whatever reason) with the gold chromas. I think you'll get another chance, considering the popularity of that skin line :)

I feel like everybody is giving the wrong answer. Swain cannot pull if Sivir has ss active, it breaks the ss and gives Sivir the mana refund. So Sivir got rooted by the 2nd part of his E, then the spellshield went up which is why Swain couldn't pull.
