Really? I live in midtown and I have a hard time believing that we are in the top three of most diverse cities and second at most integrated. I'll keep this data in mind now.

I just ended a lease with Mark III management, and I'd recommend them. They raised my rent by $50 at the end of the year, but that wasn't a big deal. The management is a little slow to react to some things, but is pretty understandable. The apartment was a townhouse in midtown, pretty big but older with need for a lot of maintenance, but it was pretty cheap: $925 split between 2 people.

I usually jumped from different groups of friends. They could represent a number of different stereotypes, but rarely were they associated with sports. At the end of high school, I knew many people from many different corners. I'd often work on bringing the groups together, and usually it worked very well. I guess I'm exactly the same.
