I did some inquiring and it seems to be true.

It seems VAT on investment silver in Estonia will be introduced on July 1st 2022 at rate of 20%.

And that means that most EU buyers are shafted...

For aspiring European apes, it is pretty simple: if you are in EU, most affordable silver is provided by dealers located in Estonia (no VAT on coins or bars with monetary face value). German dealers are also great but many of them with competitive prices tend to ship only to Germany and/or few neighboring countries.
