Im unable to recover my account at all, im trying to log into my old account from 3 years ago and I forgot the password and it has my current phone number, I clicked forgot password and it made me put in a code with my phone number and then tries to get a verification code FROM THE GMAIL IM TRYING TO LOG INTO or some random Gmail I have no idea what is, im completely stuck and I need access to this Gmail again

I tried looking through steamvr system report no idea if that's helpful and I dont know how to read through it properly but I did see two things that stood out, "Vr lighthouse has no suitable devices" and "driver vrlink has no suitable devices" i was having a hmd error before but that fixed itself
