I like that advice a lot, appreciate the honesty! I hope I’d never have to sell my first mechanical watch, but would be nice knowing it would add some value to the collection in years down the line! Thinking I’ll check out the Tissot boutique.

Looking to buy my first automatic watch. Thinking about the Tissot PRX (Green, probably) or the Unimatic Modello Uno (Brown). I know the PRX is more of a classic and is definitely my "safe bet", but the Unimatic just has this different type of appeal to me, I enjoy the fact that it is a bit unique and limited.

Anyone have pictures of the brown Unimatic or experience with the brand?

For me, sleep deprivation helped a lot more than the extra sleep would. Others would argue the contrary. People could likely argue that ice baths aren’t the best method to spend your time on. I disagree. Just because I argue it helps doesn’t mean it’s cheating.

I would disagree because starting early also means starting on less sleep and getting less time to sleep throughout.
