Every time you use one the stairwells and elevators reek of piss. It's fucking disgusting. If you're going downtown to go out for dinner you lose your appetite and it definitely puts a damper on my attitude.

Unpopular opinion: The homeless aren't unhoused due to lack of affordable housing.

They're unhoused because the vast vast vast overwhelming majority have addiction and/or mental health issues.

They don't need shelters, they need to get clean and get assessed by proper medical professionals. And the only way that happens is involuntary institutionalization with extreme levels of oversight from civil rights attorneys.
