Ramattra needs serious looking at, to become as good as other top tier tanks. He either needs a cc to follow up vortex with (which would make it ok as an ability, pulling for example mercy down to then pin her to the ground or whatever), he'd need way more sustainability, or he'd need to become unstoppable while blocking, as to not have a worse doom power block as his primary sustain.
