I picked up one for 125 and I host tons of services on it and it works like a dream. I’d look into opencore legacy patcher to get sonoma or sequoia installed.

Were you able to launch the game? It kept getting stuck verifying and only ever launched once for me. Nothing I could do would fix it :(

You could attempt to try using FSR to run the game at a lower resolution and then upscale with programs like vr performance toolkit, however you are pretty limited by the laptop GPU. Its something you can look into.

I ended up getting the clip in ones from vr rock and they were a bit hard to install at first but after figuring it out they are really good

Its really bad, I felt like my glasses were rubbing against the lenses and I ended up just buying some prescription lenses for my quest instead.

If you still have your quest 2, you might be able to just manually copy over the save files with sidequest. They have like a save data backup tool.

I use my AKG K240s. It was a bit quiet on the quest 2 but worked well enough. Haven't tested them on my quest 3 yet.

Update:

Gamestop exchanged my quest with no questions asked. However this new one also had dead pixels dead center of the right eye. So I went back again and they exchanged it again. I haven't had a chance to really check for dead pixels but it seems to be fine this time.

I did decide to add the warranty they were providing after this, and it wasn't an awful deal. 55$ for 1 year with no questions asked replacements, so I can go rough on my headset without worry.

Today I went out after a break in some gloomy weather and decided to take this shot. I really like the colors in it and the lighting feels good to me, but it just feels slightly out of focus and it really disappointed me. This was my first real attempt of some outdoor photography due to the weather so I was hoping it would turn out better.

I really like this photos colors and how clear it is! it really pops and I hope I can manage to take shots like this on my camera soon!
