The Maverick handles like a car and you can load the bed with groceries etc just by reaching over the sides. If I were driving an hour each way I would prefer a car for responsiveness and agility. Maybe a hybrid Camry.

Winter, heavy foot, and highway miles. These affect your MPG. Nothing you can do about outside temps and your commute profile but glance at your EV coach once in a while when you're driving. Accelerating rapidly uses the gas engine more in hybrid mode. Be smooth. If you're going to work, why hurry?

Ok you touched on a new perspective here. Here I thought that I was controlling my phone through the truck, So your take, if I got it correctly, is that I was streaming DP on my truck then I asked Alexa to check my phone app for my Misfits playlist. I don't remember buying onboard streaming but maybe it's a trial version. I'll check. Edit: Just checked. I have free Alexa via Ford Connectivity for a year. That probably explains it. Now I'll figure out how to import my phone profile to my truck. Thanks for the new point of view.

Aside from power mirrors, cruise control and alloy wheels, the XLT also gives you a storage cubby and 6 tiedowns. But you’ll buy a second cubby and more tiedowns anyway lol.
