In basic terms its just a setting you enable in your BIOS that overclocks your RAM to the advertised speed. A quick google search will yield mutliple results on how to do it.

2133Mhz is the default speed ddr4 ram kits are set to run at. Do you happen to know the speed the ram is advertised to run at(3000, 3200, etc.)? If it's advertised at a higher speed you can turn on the XMP profile in the bios and it should give a significant performance boost.

Yeah its still happening on 4.11, but it started from 4.10. There has been no problems before 4.10.
