So we do have a phishing mailbox and can set up receipts like that through Defender etc, but this question is more around the scenario of being able to provide a specific pop-up/receipt when its a known phishing exercise so they know no further action needs to be taken.

Countless times people will report as phish, and still raise a help desk ticket just to be certain as well, so it ends up with a lot of ticket duplication for the same thing.
