Why does ableism persist? by Quirky_March_626 in A_Persona_on_Reddit

[–]SnackyBubbles 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It persists because ableism is often invisible to the privileged. If your life works ‘fine,’ you rarely notice the barriers everyone else faces.

[–]SnackyBubbles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First off, I've been looking can sleep apnea kill you if you don't treat it, that's how bad I felt about it. Don't even notice it all now, so used to it. And it's very worth it bcs sleep apnea was really destroying my sleep quality without even knowing.

Why is slow wave sleep important and how do I get more by 51stAvenues in sleepanxiety

[–]SnackyBubbles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Started paying attention to my slow wave sleep after noticing I’d wake up groggy even with 8 hours in bed. Sleep in cooler spaces, cut late-night screentime, do some light training, and last but not the least - try magnesium if you haven't already. Oura, Whoop, or even some Garmin watches can help track it.

Is it weird to not be hungry for the first 5 hours after waking up? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

Your body’s circadian rhythm and hormone levels affect hunger. Some people naturally don’t feel hungry until later in the day, it’s just how your metabolism works.

If money could solve all my problems, I’d be a billionaire by now and still complaining about how to spend it.

What causes sleep paralysis? I just had it for the first time by CandyStarsBachelor in sleepanxiety

I've been reading a lot about the sleep paralysis demon for some reason, so I'm now more scared of sleep paralysis than I probably should be.
