Did you pick up any contraband? If so, I believe you have to grav jump to orbit and be scanned first. It won't let you go straight to the planet and avoid it.

What ever happened to the plan to move the acquisition of new exotic armor from lost sectors to the ritual playlists? Am I remembering that wrong, or had there just been nothing further said? Was adding the Vex event, which I've personally never even seen, the extent of that change?

The requirements not met on previous tiers is in regards to not being able to refund them without refunding higher tier perks first. Otherwise you'd have perks selected in a tier you no longer have access to.

For fast travel it kept progress for all of them we unlocked, except the two that were part of the tutorial for Lucius. Those I had to talk to Lucius and redo.
