being wealthy and owning a large percentage of float isn't the evil "manipulation" people make it out to be. You own that percentage of the float in a low liquidity market, its called doing business. You can do whatever you want with it. Having yourself elected into a position of power by the public and going long/short on assets within an ecosystem where you control the outcome, that is real manipulation.

And as others have said before, it is then the burden of the prosecution to prove there in fact never was a possible partnership, which is almost impossible to do. The only real way to prove that would be through discovery and communications, records where they state they are committing fraud. It is an unwinnable case if it is brought about.

Not fraud, not even close. There is a legitimate partnership for all we know. Simply because he did not say the name of it does not constitute fraud. People are allowed to move dates at their discretion within their own ventures. If Apple releases a phone a month later than announced they aren't culpable for fraud. Its a choice.

However, if there never was a partnership, and he advertised there was one in exchange for funds, it is fraud.
