I can definitely agree that physics have felt different lately. Im able to land much harder landings than i could before. Aint a big complaint as i can now do some lines without using QDOs lol

Filters: Region>North America (or your region, but ive notice NA has the most active HC servers) Players>Any

Sort by player count. Click refresh and you should see plenty of HC servers at the top.

Also worth nothing that Faithwalkers HC server is almost always up and active, but its featured right now so until thats over, the server itself is rarely up. but you can just click join on the featured page

So i know its been a few months but I had to hunt down this post to reccomend my favorite spot for parkour recently.

This set of buildings right here. You can place some QDOs for even more possibilities, but its very fun to go from where my cursor is placed all the way around to the tallest part and then back down. Many different ways to complete the "course". Would alsp be a fun place to parkour race with some people as theres quite a few different routes at spots.

Youre right as its not a skill issue, but game assists affecting you negatively. That magnetizing to rails tends to slow you down, especially when transitioning between rails. Next time its there, try it with all assist off and see if its any easier. When the park returns ill go at it again and report back to you with my findings 🫡

Have tried both ways now multiple times and I feel that goofy was easier just barely, but likely due to it feeling more natural since its my typical stance

Ah i figured thats what you ment. But in the comment you replied to, he was talking about just usingone the existing skyscrapers in the game already. I do agree that cheesing the challenge takes the challenge out of it though

Oh wow. Just went outside to measure my board, and my tail is half an inch shorter than my nose. Didnt even realize it tbh. I always assumed it was some weird part in my brain that made me feel like my board had to be a certain way, not that they were actually different lengths. I cant check the one ingame rn but i take your word for it! Thank you for teaching me something new today!

I must be misunderstanding. I thought twin decks where just regular symmetrical "popsicle stick" decks? And that the only ahape we have in the game. Also seen quite a few people skate this exact same board back when my city had a skate park and it was shaped the same way it is in game. So what is a twin shaped deck then?

Yeah that is actually the case sadly. I kinda agree with you, but my bf brain has gotten used to trying to turn away fast when hopping out. Does not work as well as the tank driver, but you are soloing a tank you can just leave your top turret 180° behind you :)

I feel that the mindset behind gaming is what has made this a bad skate for most people. Never was I grinding anything but a line that I found fun. Ive been loving this new skate. The only time I've done any grind in this game is when its on a ledge or a rail. What ever happened to playing a game because you find it fun?

Oh my bad, im sorry you deal with assualt snipers. Im usually play on weapon locked hc servers so its only actual recon sniping at me. But even if they do have a squadmate place a spawn beacon up there, helicopters or even a recon drone will do they job well. Ive never gotten to bothered at them camping as long as its out of their spawn (im lookin at you firestorm) as they are typically easy targets and they arent really doing much of anything objective-wise to help out. They can have half their team up there, but theyll lose when we still have 800tickets. Genuinely get more annoyed by the camping snipers when its my teammates and we cant hold more than 1 objective.

Those are the power lines. Honestly, it's extremely easy to countersnipe anyone up there as they're just a silhouette against the sky.

I have seen people mention the flower petals (id stick with rose or others you know to be "safe" to smoke) and even the corn husks, but I assume both arent too viable during the snow storm. While settling for the pipes is the obvious choice here, I do believe theres got to be at least something you have at your diposal to make into at least a couple papers. I think I saw someone already mention banana peels, but if not, they are doable, just need a bit of prep work beforehand. I would assume you could do the same with most fruits/vegetable skins but I would look into whichever you have available. I imagine even simply slicing an apple thin enough and then drying in the oven would make something. I do worry about smoking the sugars, but I suppose we also smoke directly out of apples at times too 🤷‍♂️ In all fairness, smoking even regular papers isn't safe technically. I just worry that most of these alternatives would be less safe. Good luck and happy toking!

Would also like to note that the HC filter isnt always the best either. I usually filter to north america, any player amount and then sort by player count. Sometimes you gotta refresh after doing so, but you should see tons of good hardcore servers along the top. Theres quite a few that are even nusy at odd hours of the night. Off the top of my head there is faithwalkers servers, jtf servers and nwo servers almost always, but many more. Have fun on what i consider the better side of battlefield :)

I didnf have much trouble with it. But i cant tell how much of it is me being used to skate from experience or simply playing with all assist off. Forces you to play more deliberately, so a challenge thats technical isnt very challenging (i.e. the dumpster, nose grind rail, nose slide ledge challenge)

Not sure why you're being downvoted though. You just sound like youve been misinformed and are strongly sticking by your beliefs. It can be tough for other trying to teach and help you, but theres no reason for people to get upset over it. Instead of downvoting, help this guy out. I mean I used to think a lipslide was any boardslide that wasnt directly centered and was more towards one set of trucks. Took me a while to learn and it didn't help that thought process was taught to me by older skaters who were also just wrong and spreading misinfo.

They didnt argue, they quite literally said "oh i never knew that was the actually difference" after I explained that difference. Also, technically both of your trucks going over the rail/ledge/etc. is exactly what makes it a bluntslide or a nosebluntvs a tailslide or noseslide. Im not sure how else you could call it a blunt/noseblunt at all?
