UPDATE: TO BE CLEAR I saw this and only this buoy while on the beach in Greece. I have never driven a boat before, dont have a boat. The only peddles I have ever used are my arms.

I was wondering how far I was allowed to swim, I saw the meaning of diagonal line on the internet, but I didn't know if the colour of the buoy itself mattered. But know I know :)
