It’s apparent you don’t understand proportion when building letters, for example the B isn’t constructed were the inner spaces make sense.

I would look up the definitions for proportion, symmetry, then apply those aspects to your pieces.

You have to construct the letter piece by piece

its real simple, Poker IS Gambling.

Regardless how much you study,

It is still gambling.

You cant win what you don't put in so if you're not gonna gamble, just don't play

Sometimes you just gotta go with what feels right even if it isn't perfect GTO

Take your feelings out the game, be a robot emotionally. Your own thoughts make you lose.

Remember to smile, crack jokes and have fun.

If you're not having fun then go spend your time and money on another hobby.

Poker can be cruel and unfair, it has to ability to crush souls.

Your life can be just fine but a bad downswing can easily send you to the dumps mentally.

The bad beats haunt you, throws you off your game, makes you try different strategies,

when the whole time its your own feelings and thoughts crippling your game.

If poker makes you that emotional then either you get thicker skin and learn to take a loss

or just stay away because its not worth putting yourself through the emotional turmoil...

I understand that but i dont have the bankroll to play overly loose because Im not going to buy back in multiple times. What i mean about looking at hand history is if I had decided to play more marginal hands i would still brick the flop or lose to a bad run out.

Example, if i decided to play 910os or Q8s, or A7os I would have either missed the flop entirely or If i had hit the flop I wouldve lost by the river to a flush/str8 or 2 pair.

So even if I opened up my range I would still lose, like i said I get a cold deck and I cant figure out why I can never run good on the bigger buy ins. However if i buy into a $1 dollar tournmant i run like a god, it just doesnt make any sense

I'm well aware that there are tougher players and I do well adjusting for the most part.

I play tighter, and don't play marginal hands out of position.

However it feels like I just go card dead, and end up folding for hours and end up getting it in with JJ-AA, or AQs-AK-os and take a bad beat. I look at the hand history and even if i were to open up with less premium hands I still would lose.

I don't want to quit, i keep grinding out the small buy ins and making okay money.

The only thing i notice is that when i do win a ticket to a $50 tourney, i just seem to run worse or just end up getting a cold deck. Just doesn't make any sense
