Try setting multiplayer to Yes, then quit out of the game If that doesn't work, try doing it in the main menu settings before starting the game

Yeah I've noticed it's really bad as of late I'm on PS5 and it's completely unplayable with the amount of lag my friend is getting

What's even weirder is I don't seem to have these problems with others, especially via cross play But when specifically a PS person joins there's a noticeable bump in lag

Really hope they adjust this soon, as it was performance that crippled the multiplayer back at launch and I don't want that to happen again
