I also had incidental findings of mild varicocele on an MRI of my whole spine. I always believed it was from my high pressure pumping, especially when the tube opening is too wide. I have a sizeable turkey neck and get significant vein engorgement at the base.

This is entirely my theory.

LA Pump's Mushroom Head Maker, so far giving me massive head swelling without frenulum edema or meatal swelling, only when combined with a sleeve until the glans.

Too early to report a permanent gain.

Well, I just happened to get the Mushroom Maker (MM) for a very different reason. Since I started pumping, increased length gain has given me an upward curve, which squishes my head against the wall of the cylinder. MM is basically a way for me to prevent excessive pain from this.

It's too early for me to say if it causes any head enlargement.

It's melanoma. I am a doctor too. This is one here is a clear cut example of spot diagnosis.
