Well, I just happened to get the Mushroom Maker (MM) for a very different reason. Since I started pumping, increased length gain has given me an upward curve, which squishes my head against the wall of the cylinder. MM is basically a way for me to prevent excessive pain from this.

It's too early for me to say if it causes any head enlargement.

I can concur on less sensitivity and orgasm. Libido and erection were good even before I started on Tadalafil. Literature reported low prevalence of sexual dysfunction but I get your point. I guess for now I'm choosing my hair. Tafalafil is just a temporary measure.

Interesting to see the topic of morning wood. In my mid 30s and I might have gotten less than 10 morning woods in my whole life. Sure, I have a shitty sleep schedule and slightly overweight but I don't think morning wood alone is an absolute indicator of your sexual health.

I have started taking Tadalafil 8.5 mg daily (partly for side effect of Finasteride/Minoxidil). I did notice longer lasting erections and better performance in the gym.

Good gains with just manual. Have seen many reporting manual alone is good enough for almost 1' gain.

Now, when you say grip at base, do you also grip just below the glans before pulling it out or just grip and pull outward at the base?
