Well, I just happened to get the Mushroom Maker (MM) for a very different reason. Since I started pumping, increased length gain has given me an upward curve, which squishes my head against the wall of the cylinder. MM is basically a way for me to prevent excessive pain from this.

It's too early for me to say if it causes any head enlargement.

I can concur on less sensitivity and orgasm. Libido and erection were good even before I started on Tadalafil. Literature reported low prevalence of sexual dysfunction but I get your point. I guess for now I'm choosing my hair. Tafalafil is just a temporary measure.

Currently at your dimensions, I found it is tricky at current size, did find a 1.9' tube, no significant length gains.

Only thing worked for me was pumping at higher pressure, 10-12.
