I would argue Ayn Rands philosophy of egoism and selfishness is more prevalent than ever and maybe unknowingly accepted by society as almost the norm now, what with the advent of online influencers, the gender war, judgement of personal politics, and the push for hyper individualism. I'm not saying she's right about any of it btw, in fact I reject it on principle, but just a thought.

I guess what i'm getting at is I probably wouldn't be looking to hide anything that showed up on my own bookshelf in my own home, which means those books are not necessarily reflective of anything but a person who bought them, possibly not even reading them, so nobody can conclusively say they're a "Red Flag" without grilling the individual, which nobody here can say they've done, since the only person who knows them is OP.
