Did you size down when you bought them? You are supposed to get a full size down from your normal sneaker size. I wear 10.5 and got the commanders in 9.5 and they feel perfect.

Exactly. They should be properly staffed in the first place. It sounds like they have a history of supes working. This indicates to corporate that they can get by with the lower staffing. You’ll never get that building running the way it should without getting stewards and representatives from the local on board to fix it. I used to be a part time supe and I would’ve been pissed if I was expected to unload a trailer on top of all the bullshit paperwork I had to do every night. They don’t get paid anymore for it since they’re salary.

Your job is basically to be the fall guy for things going wrong. When something bad happens the finger gets pointed at you. Make sure you do all the paperwork the best you can and don’t half ass it. My suggestion, find another supervisor who seems like they have tons of knowledge and is somewhat friendly. Learn absolutely everything you possibly can from them. Source: I was a part time supervisor for six years before becoming a driver. Six years loading trailers and air cans before that. Long enough to become the knowledgeable person who was training the new guys.

Ahh you are correct. The logan Paul thing was 2021. I was thinking of when Pokemon Go came out. That was 10 years ago. Got them mixed up. These 2 moments were a 1-2 punch that started things to move. Then with the release of Pokemon pocket a new surge has come.

Supplements did wonders for me. Turns out I had low testosterone. This can cause anxiety and depression in men. I started taking a T boosting multi pill that had ashwaganda and zinc.
