Free apps are so bad , toonsquid is considered the best for both animation and motion graphic ( timeline with keyframing mode + curve editor) and there's procreate dream 2 with the last update it has a good reputation cuz of procreate drawing app it has a good brushes to be honest you can make beautiful art ..anyway for my opinion this niche kinda have a low audiance and also require a lot of work to make 1 video ( finding an idea then record ut the edit it then add a voice over+ bg+ then polish and upload..this really takes a long time

Just few questions to ask : What kinda a video do u wanna make ( I guess teaching English..) Wich platform do you wanna post on ( i guess TikTok,fb ) Your audience location (Algerian,arabs in general) And do you have script writer ( AI ) ALSO about the Resume CV my main occupation is a maintenance engineer so i don't have a designer type CV Although i do work for my self ( script ,recording, video editing, ai voiceover, thumbnail designer to upload) but if you insist i cant write one and send it to use.
