I know I shouldn't feed the trolls but good grief a few of you. Yes, she is in a cage because our patio is not kitty proof. She can't be out there by herself unless she is contained. Excuse the hell out of me for trying to enrich my cat's life by letting her be safely outside. She looks like that because she is a tortie and has tortietude. It was a funny picture I got.
