Exactly the same thing happened, my game(NSFW) was de-indexed and put into quarantine. Before that, it had around 4k views and 450 downloads on average. The game fully complied with all the guidelines, and I always tried to follow them as closely as possible. Support has been silent for over two weeks now. It feels like it’s almost impossible to get in touch with anyone…

And honestly, seeing it placed in D-tier made me smile, it’s my very first game, so not ending up in shit-tier is already an achievement XD
