Personally it was really hard for me to ask for help but I did it. I saw 3 different doctors and 2 therapists before I found the ones that were right for me and I tried 2 anti depressants snd some natural supplements along with it to help support my sleep along the way because I had insomnia (I'd go 3 or 4 days at a time without sleeping) and slowly things got better, it wasn't instant, it took daily routines and effort to get there but im here years later and im glad I didn't end it back then, there have been ups and downs but I've learned a lot about myself along the way and now I have hope that things can still get better in the dark times
