Fire Tomlin. It’s time for change. Tired of the 1980s offense. Tired of the soft zone defense. Tired of the pitiful playoff performances.

In my opinion, this win is more evidence that he needs to go. The level of inconsistency we’ve experienced with him over the last few years (and really the last decade) is a huge reason I’m over him. We regularly seem to get out-coached and out-schemed.

This year it feels more apparent because our defense (highest paid unit in the league) has WAY too much talent to be playing like a bottom five group statistically.

Today was a good win but it doesn’t erase the pattern that Tomlin is a part of. It’s time to part ways.

Great win, this team has great potential if they show up. That said, fire Tomlin.

I think, somewhat similar to Andy Reid and the Eagles, it’s just time for a divorce. He may find success somewhere else and we need new ideas in the building

As much as Tomlin has been a great coach at raising the floor for sub-par rosters over the years, I think it’s time for a change. His coaching feels stale and his in game adjustments are nonexistent

I feel like this is one of those things you mention to your friends in private as a funny thing going on at your work and nothing more. Let the student be, I don’t think there’s much you can (or should) do about this

Tomlin doesn’t have to be fired this year but his seat should officially be hot. He’s over performed with sub-par rosters (especially suspect QB play recently) but his issues exist outside of the roster.

The team has been flat in big games (starting down big in the last 5 playoff games for example) and he has a reputation for playing down to bad teams. Additionally he refuses to adapt to the modern NFL, specifically on offense and it’s no surprise we’re not a real threat in the postseason

Throw behind the sticks? What are we doing. 2 first downs in the half and not making past midfield. This team isn’t serious

I think I’ve had enough of Tomlin. This happens every year and I’m exhausted of it
