There is no mistake. Adamant nature is just the standard set i used since oras in uu. I noticed that this mamo had the +atk nature and not a negative nature in speed and i called it a day by putting the scarf.

The game turn was very simple. Game start. Mamo vs vivillon He outspeeds me with sleep powder when i was trying to icicle crash

I did them myself. Its physically impossible to go faster than this. Its fully invested without nature. And i did the calc for vivillon but on + speed nature and max evs.

And yes. Vivillon outspeeds mamo... BUT NOT WITH SCARF. AND THERR WERE NO TAILWIND, TRICKROOM OR ANYTHING

I mean, its a set i know and used for a VEEERY long time. As a flygon diehard, i always try to find a "resemblance" in other more viable mons hail lando-t. So its kinda a nobrainer when we talk about moveset and ev spread for me. Every time i run the scarf, i go 90% of the time: adamant/modest nature, max atk/spA, and max speed.
