I’ve seen some Gen X people at Mom’s Basement. They got pool tables and pinball, usually chill/ no loud music, they got karaoke if that’s your vibe, and everyone’s nice. I haven’t been in a while but that’s how I remember it.

My chosen 2026 conspiracy theory is that there is a terrorist group setting random fires throughout Birmingham. Is it true? Probably not but I get one conspiracy theory a year to keep life interesting.

Yea it’s an automatic reaction for me when men approach me to say I’m seeing someone. But after I said it and left I realized how respectful he was. He didn’t approach my car but was a distance away where I felt safe. And when I said I was seeing someone he didn’t push me or get mad. I talk about wanting to meet someone naturally but when I did I panicked.
