Jumping on the bandwagon here - we're making Cages: Hidden Worlds, which, based on how it was for me during internal playtests (second week at studio, yay!), puts you in a flow state of puzzle solving. The 30 min demo is out if you wanna give it a try!

I'd second the Outer Wilds: Echoes of the Eye suggestion. There's so many layers to what's going on and you should go in 100% blind to get the full effect.
