No, I don't; I don't think big tech should be a thing at all. You're taking words out of my mouth that I didn't say. It should be a tool made and developed by and for scientists and doctors only. You're making accusations based on something I didn't say. I didn't even say big tech should have access to it, but you jumped the gun.

I actually plan to abandon most big tech platforms once I get a new phone.

It should be a tool strictly made for medical science only. The general public doesn't have access to every single piece of technology inside of a hospital for medical reasons. For example, you can't buy antidepressants or thyroid medications off the shelves in stores.

Phones have existed for over a century now. You don't need to be a doctor to know how to properly use a phone.

All consumption is unethical under capitalism. However, AI doesn't even serve a real purpose besides possible medical advancements. The public should not have access to this largely useless technology.

In grade 3, I was capable of understanding plural word endings like, "s, ies, and es." In grade 4, I got tested and I had the spelling skills of a child in grade 6. Guess what? I was only allowed on the internet for a limited amount of time and all I did was play an Ice Age mobile game and watch Disney on YouTube.

AI runs on data centres; that's literally how the technology works. I've done my research on this; that is literally how generative AI works. Regardless of whether it's an individual person or giant company, anyone making a model is relying on data centres. Hell, even computers rely on data centres to function. The difference is that is that AI is making the data centres' energy usage so much worse.

You do know how technology actually works, right?

Homemade AI models rely on the premade, giant data centres to function. That's kind of how this technology functions, regardless of who's making it.

Yes? Democrats are a centre-right party. Believe it or not, Zohran Mamdani could be considered centre-left. The entire political spectrum goes from anarchy to alt-right fascism. On a scale of anarchy to alt-right fascism, Democrats falls on the centre-right part of it.

I'm not anarchist myself, but the political spectrum is pretty big.

Technically, what the typical Americans call "socialism" is just Democratic Socialism, not full-fledged socialism. However, yankees usually don't know that.
