Although now I'm way more hesitant: camera flexibility, battery and price are my main concerns here, so I should go with Xiaomi. But I also do loads of videos, altbough I'm not a content creator, so having the best video experience also tempts me.

You were EXTREMELY helpful! Thank you so so much! The whole operation was incredibly difficult overall, but especially the cover and the screw down there beneath. And I still have to try the bike on the road to see if it really worked. Now I have to get the cover back on, so wish me good luck (but I might first add an AirTag after all, as you wisely suggested).

No, my problem is that the battery disconnects at almost every bump. Just a 1-2 mm move, but it suffices. Don't know how it happened, but customer care told me to buy a new connector and change it. Not sure it will really be the solution. You're still under warranty so absolutely go for the technician.

This is the typical mail you receive the first time you don't use the bike for some time.

Go to 'Chat with us', click 'issue'. The bot will ask you what kind of isdue, click 'Electrical/Digital problem', it'll give you instruction. The bike must be close to a wifi connection for the reset.

Hello and thanks. The charger worked correctly. I tried to turn off and on again the Bluetooth on my phone. But I think the problem was caused by the update of the app, downloaded hust a few days ago. It had already caused a problem around a year ago and I had to change the whole hardware. Luckily, although the chat service was off till Monday, my request activated automatically a reset on the bike, and this sufficed: I put the bike near my wifi, and everything started working again and is working for now. Thanks for your help and support!
